3. Terms for employers
As an employer or organization, you agree to the following:
- You may only post lawful, legitimate job opportunities.
- You are responsible for compliance with applicable employment, discrimination, and data protection laws.
- Candidate data may only be used for recruitment purposes related to your postings.
- Scraping, resale, profiling beyond recruitment, or misuse of candidate data is prohibited.
- CQrityjob may remove job postings or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Platform services & job listings
Any ranking, filtering, or matching functionality provided by the platform is intended solely to support users and does not produce legal or similarly significant effects. Final decisions are always made by human users.
CQrityjob provides:
- Job listings
- Candidate profiles
- Search and filtering tools
- Communication tools
Any matching or ranking is supportive only and does not constitute automated decision-making.
Listings, visibility, and availability may change without notice.
5. Acceptable use policy
You may not:
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Upload misleading or harmful content
- Attempt to breach platform security
- Collect or scrape data without permission
We reserve the right to investigate and act on violations.
6. Privacy & data protection (GDPR)
