Why CQrityjob Exists
I started my career in security more than twenty years ago, building experience across roles and shaping long-term security careers in a global context. Like many others, I began on the ground — learning responsibility, discipline, and the reality of protecting people, assets, and society. I started as a police officer, driven by purpose rather than position. Over the years, I moved across roles, sectors, and borders, eventually working with security at one of the world’s largest technology companies, AWS.
What never changed was one thing:
security is global — but careers in security are not.
The security industry is full of highly capable people. Professionals with experience from law enforcement, military, private security, intelligence, cybersecurity, crisis management, and critical infrastructure. Yet too many careers remain limited by geography, unclear pathways, or lack of access to the right networks.
CQrityjob was created to change that.
This platform exists to lower barriers, not standards.
To make it easier for security professionals to understand where they belong, what opportunities exist beyond their current role, and how their experience translates across borders and sectors.
At the same time, organizations struggle to find the right people — not just based on job titles, but on judgment, responsibility, and real-world experience. CQrityjob aims to bridge that gap.
